You can do this in iTunes. Bring all the files into iTunes and then export the library as XML, which
modern versions of Excel will import. If you're not using a modern Excel, bring all the files into
iTunes, then put the whole library into its own playlist, then export the playlist as a delimited
csv file. Apple has instructions on all this in their support website.
