The VAT is about 14 pounds, so if it goes to the U.S. the 85 pound price
goes down to 71, plus about 3 pounds shipping.  It shows as $117 to the
U.S. with shipping -- cheaper than getting it shipped free to a U.K.
address!!

Mine shipped from Amazon.de to USA today for just under $120 USD
including
shipping.
Couldhave it as early as next Friday, but sometime the following week is
more likely.
