In the Technical Notice dated May 31, 2013 two new relator terms were
assigned relator codes that were not correct. The correct codes along with
their corresponding terms are:
fmk - Filmmaker (was fml)
his - Host institution (was hsi)
We apologize for any problems these errors may have caused.
