There's no list that you have to go to, just use what make sense and
differentiates the name. You don't have to go to any controlled
vocabulary, although if you are recording the type of corporate body in
the 368 field, PCC policy is to prefer controlled vocabulary there. The
other option is to use the spelled out form as your qualifier:
BSOT (Boston School of Occupational Therapy)
