I strongly dislike this suggestion. I believe that 5XX fields are intended to encode relationships. A shared form of name is not a relationship, it's just a coincidence.
Plus, I'm trying to wrap my mind around the workload that would be involved in establishing new headings, since generally we try to make 5XX fields recriprocal.
