Probably not Mey, Chum. Chum is a surname or something like one (ALA/LC
romanization of this name is Jum with a dot under the m), but in the
authority file I see some Cambodian names entered with the comma
required after a surname and a lot more entered directly with no comma.
In the authority file under this name you have both n 89280367 (Jum,
M"au with a comma) and n 2007202210 (Jum Nyan with no comma), both
established at LC. Judging by the dates on those, maybe omitting the
comma is current practice. So I think it's either 100 1_ Chum, Mey with
a reference from Chum, Manh or (more likely) 100 0_ Chum Mey with a
reference from Chum Manh.
