The only vinyl release of a live St. Steven" from that era - 1969 - is the "Live Dead" double LP (other than possible bootlegs) and this sounds like it. There are several great St. Steven performances on the Fillmore 1969 CD box set (limited edition release, out of print but worth searching for). Most of Live Dead was culled from those concerts.

This recording is somewhat distinct because of the guitar feedback at the beginning and the goofy organ riffs throughout (I'm guessing Pigpen was the source). I consider it a good performance overall because the vocal harmonies were better (more in-tune) than most other live recordings of this song that I have heard.
