Thanks so much for the replies, everyone! It does indeed look to be a
Lafayette model. Comparing pictures of a 810 and later models, the font and
spacing of the labels match up and some of the buttons used. Does anyone
know where I may be able to find a picture of a Lafayette RK-815 (which I
believe is the model number)?
