There were also a number of classical LPs in the ML series that were
reissued in the CL series (presumably as "light classics." Are you interested in
those?

I've noticed a number of COLUMBIA LPs of non-classical music which
originally were released
in the ML series, or other early series, later reissued in the CL series.
Has anyone compiled a list of these re-catalogued items ???
Is not, please send any examples you know of.
for example:
BIX BEIDERBECKE STORY - GL 507 508 509 reissued as CL 844 845 846
Marais & Miranda FL 9542 as CL 6225
Martyn Green Gilbert & Sullivan ML 4643 became CL 832
I'm assuming these releases are identical.
A different situation, 2-LP set reissued as 3 LP's in the CL series:
BENNY GOODMAN Carnegie Hall Jazz Concert OSL 160 (OL 4341-OL4342)
reedited as CL 814 815 816
Thanks!
Best wishes, Thomas.
