When you have a search result on the screen with truncated records (6-100 records), right click someplace on the screen and choose "List settings". (Unlike some other programs, this doesn't work if you click in the column headings.) In the Column Settings box, click the box for "L" for Library to see an indication for certain national programs (e.g., D=DLC or PCC records) and "CatL" to see the language of cataloging. You might have to adjust the width of columns by clicking and dragging the divider between headings in order to see all the columns. You can sort the results in a display by clicking on a column heading. There doesn't seem to be an option for record format.
