Hi Juha,
One of the use cases that I'm working on for an serial search has a union catalogue context. However, the Uk Academic Consortium includes holdings data (though not linked to detailed circulation data) as well as library location codes. I think you said your consortium does not contain holdings information. I can let you see what I've done next week when I'm back in the office though.
