Sounds good! I've been wondering for a while now. How do you see yourselves/your services adapting?

Authorities vendors do not put up any sort of resistance to change [it would be futile to resist change]--unless it is potentially harmful to library data. Most of us participate on the various committees and working groups that are seeking to bring these changes so we are facilitating change not resisting it. We are very aware new services will be needed in the future and as we have done for the past 30 plus years we expand our services to meet the changes in technology.
