Glenn's a great writer. But in his Dylan comments he was a little harsh on
Sound 80 Studios Minneapolis. The culture of the place was a drive to
perfection and great audio. And Minneapolis had/has some excellent
musicians, as Bob well knew.

I was part of that 1975 Dylan experience at Sound 80; I believe we did
"Lily, Rosemary and The Queen of Hearts" and maybe a couple of others. We
had some of those excellent local musicians in the studio.

I do recall Bob didn't take part in the mix...which was probably re-done in
NYC anyway.

It was a wonderful experience...in a studio that did a lot more than "jingle
mixes."

Cheers!

An eminently readable account of a mid-70s recording session with Frank
Sinatra.
