Yes, they Are under copyright; they contain an artistic performance Mr.
Gould created, and MR. GOULDOWNS THE RIGHTS TO THAT PERFORMANCE. Now
that he's gone, his estate owns the rights.
But don't listen to me; go ask an IP lawyer. And don't do anything until
that lawyer tells you, in writing, that you have the right to do it.
