You are right. It's fairly straight-forward. The range is the datatype of the expected value. Where we have URL only, we expect it to be a URL and we can't say anything about what to expect when you get there, but hopefully it's rdf.
Where we have URI;Classname, we expect it to be rdf of that bf:Classname type.
I think the Related range of "URL;URL" is a mistaken transformation of the source file to the online presentation; will fix.
