To the BIBFRAME list
The Danish informal BIBFRAME study group has discussed "BIBFRAME Use Cases and Requirements". The last part of these discussions was: anything missing?
And we found some issues missing.
A) The document covers searching for already known titles. But a use case describing how to handle a broad subject search for "something about something" is missing.
B) A use case about access to materials not publicly available, where a condition for access is a licence. We can't expect everything to be free = CC0.
C) A use case where the user is familiar with and the user want to use a keyword system - and second step: the user is not satisfied with the results from the local library. And the libraries want to serve the user with search results from other libraries using other keyword systems.
We hope this input will be used to complete the use cases.
Best regards,
Leif Andresen

The group is not an official representative for these institutions, and this contribution to the mailing list is my personal view.
