Hello,

Currently we are building our new version of our digital repository. We have a lot of archival materials being added. For people and corporate entities, there are no records anywhere. The archivist currently keeps a local text file in Archivist Toolkit. But this isn't practical for the digital repository.

How do people handle their local name authorities? Any suggestions are welcome.
