I was co-owner of Kaleidoscope Records and co-produced the original re-issue
series of LPs along with my business partner the late Jeff Alexson. The
material that is being issued by Real Gone, for the most part, has not been
re-issued before.
I have a website with the complete history of the Tiffany Transcriptions,
and lots of goodies.
http://www.tiffanytranscriptions.com
I'll be updating it this weekend with new information I've discovered. I'm
looking forward to reading Cary Ginell's notes to the Real Gone set.

I don't have the box, but I'm fairly certain that the while Rhino added
tracks to the original lp/cassette releases for their CDs, Collectors Choice
did not go any further, and simply created a box of the ten Rhino compact
discs.
I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but if there's actually anyone on
this list who has NOT heard the Wills' Tiffanys, check 'em out. The new set
may be the only Tiffany material currently available, but the earlier lps,
tapes and CDs are fairly common. It's wonderful stuff.

There seems to be a confusing number of different issues of the Tiffany
Transcriptions out there on both vinyl and CD.Have they all been issued at
one time?Is there a place on the web that lists them all?
