The second link in the message has a link to all the lists (of items
currently available).
Prices sure do mount up for sure, just as anyone buying from Mr Nauck, Mr
Hawthorn and other outlets realise - ourselves included. The prices have,
in any case, been seemingly "on the mark" based on other sales (and mostly
cheaper than the few available on bookfinder.com) and it is all for a good
cause in any case.
There are two "cheaper" ones on eBay, in the U.S., should that be more
suitable for you.
Hope this helps.
