Looking further:
I think the NAXOS designation on some vendor sites is an error. There are
2 EMI sets, one from 2009, and the new one which
uses original tapes, and removes some of the imperfections.....

I'm a bit confused - I looked at various vendors and see a wide range of
prices, but on closer inspection there seem to be 2 sets. One by NAXOS
priced around 250-275, one by EMI WARNER priced 130-162.
Did WARNER issue a set to undercut the Naxos presumed PD set ????
Thomas.

upc 094639591824 about 160 EMI WARNER
upc about 250 NAXOS
I read this detailed review in today's Philly paper and the reviewer talks
about a bunch of tekkie things. I'm a novice at that but I know some of the
"Classical" collectors as well as record producers here would find article
worth reading.
