Worked for me. This page also has a link to set a new password if you
don't remember yours.
After login, go to Subscriber's Corner. The user interface is somewhat
confusing, but the instructions seem to be correct if you follow them
BTW, the HTML and MIME options only apply to digest messages, so turning
them on when Mail Style is set to Regular won't change anything. I don't
see anything here which might fix the mangled message problem for
