Nor particularly flat -- it has a +6dB peak centered around 8,500Hz.
Very modern-sounding, and it'll probably be too sibilant for good disc
cutting.
I concur with the recommendation of an RE20; it's a very clean
microphone with a reasonably-flat frequency response on- and off-axis.
If you can find a good RE15 on eBay, it has a very flat response -- and
sounds great on just about anything.
