Matthew, I have used the Dereverb feature in Izotope RX3 Advanced, and it
works surprisingly well, up to a point. It is very easy to use. If you
overdo it, you get a dry, phony sounding mess, but getting some amount of
bad echo out is sure better than not being able to do much of anything
about it, which is what happens in most restoration programs. It's a great
feature.
