Hi Joe,
If it helps, we posted a list of suggested BFE label edits and some vocab discrepancies on GitHub at https://github.com/lcnetdev/bfe/issues/5. We also brought up the error re bf:Electronic and suggested a new definition on the Implementers list back in July.

Subject: [BIBFRAME] Copyediting of BIBFRAME model
The definitions and labels of BIBFRAME classes and properties can use copyediting. What I have in mind is correcting errors or clarifying terminology, rather than changing the model.
Does anyone want to work on it?
Examples:
bf:Electronic is defined as "Resources organically created, accumulated, and/or used by a person, family, or organization in the course of conduct of affairs and preserved because of their continuing value", but this is a "record series" in the sense used in Special Collections.
bf:Tactile has the label "Tactile Expression", but Tactile is a subclass of Instance, and the word "expression" implies it belongs to Work. A better label would be "Tactile Material".
