Dear ARSC colleagues, 

The Balzekas Museum of Lithuanian Culture in Chicago is looking for a wire recorder. Do you, at any of your institutions in Chicago or the Chicagoland area, own one? 

The museum is working on digitizing materials from a Chicago ethnic radio show, and 6 of the earliest recordings from this collection are on recording wire. We would like to be able to play these 6 recordings on an operational wire recorder.
