The U.S. Military Academy Library is recruiting a Systems Librarian
(GS-09/11) to join our team in West Point, NY.
The Systems Librarian reports to our Associate Director for Systems and will
monitor and maintain the Library's web properties and gateways while
building and sharing knowledge on emerging web standards, schema, and coding
systems with library staff. He/she will coordinate construction and
maintenance of our main website built on SharePoint, blog built on
WordPress, subject-oriented LibGuides, the Library's hosted instance of
Innovative Interfaces Millennium ILS, links and interfaces with consortial
partners such as ConnectNY through Innovative's INN-Reach, our discovery
platform Scout based on EBSCO Discovery Service, our digital collections
held in OCLC's CONTENTdm, and future deployment of an institutional
repository.
