I need assistance retrieving these reports, even a POC would help.  The
reports were originally classified but may have been downgraded by now.

1) Defense Management Report Decision 901 "Reducing Supply System Costs,"
November 1989
NOTE:  Merged with Defense Management Report Decision 987, "Inventory
Reduction Plan Improvements," January 1991, so perhaps it is one document.


2) Defense Management Report Decision 904, "Stock Funding of Depot Level
Reparables (DLRs)," November 1989

3) Defense Management Report Decision 927J, "Consolidation of Wholesale and
Retail Logistics," November 1989
