I don't know about these particular recordings, but any recording from
1960-1962 has likely hit public domain in a number of countries of the
world where that happens after 50 years. Once something hits public
domain, it is owned by the public and exclusive rights of the artist or
record company no longer exist, in that place. There may be issues
regarding where it is sold, but the reality is that the internet often
cancels that out, as a practical matter, as the internet is obviously a
global marketplace.
