> A new release of the RDA Toolkit was published on February 17, 2015. Thanks to Dave Reser, Policy and Standards Division, LC for providing the following information.
>
> The changes to RDA content involved "Fast Track" changes that are relatively minor. Fast Track changes included in the February 2015 update of the RDA Toolkit are available from: http://www.rda-jsc.org/docs/6JSC-Sec-14.pdf
>
>There were numerous changes in LC-PCC Policy Statements. A listing of changes in the February 2015 release of the RDA Toolkit is available from: http://www.loc.gov/aba/rda/lcps_access.html
Speaking of the February update, I noticed the prohibition against using the 368 $d, $s, $t, $u, and $v has been lifted. Are these subfields available for use today, or should we wait for an official announcement?
