I seem to remember that I alerted you to the size of the list when it had
reached 40,000 and 50,000 posts since I started to collect them on 9 February
1999. I was a frequent poster then, but the livid and insulting reactions I
received to certain posts of mine trying to uphold some ethics in collecting
put me off, almost for good. Probably to the relief of some.

And now it has reached 60,000! Perhaps this one is the one! One good thing is
that each post is only a few kilobytes, and so I can keep them in one folder,
and they are searchable. The LOC repository is not permanent; certain posts
have been erased despite all good intentions from the administrator.
