Ben, you can also purchase a copy of the Mitchell Guide from Irvington Music:

This is not a complete listing, but it covers many of the "golden era" shaded dogs.
Also, did you thoroughly search archive.org? It's not well organized, but many record-company
catalogs lurk here and there.
Also, I don't know for a fact, but some of this might be covered on Mike Gray's website, or Mike
might be able to help you.
