To the best of my knowledge the Universal fire resulted in the loss of all
Chess and Duke/ Peacock masters along with lots of other stuff. Why they
haven't revealed the extent of their losses is particularly puzzling since
you'd think they'd want to claim on the insurance but maybe they are willing
to take that loss rather than face the humiliation.
