I apologize if this information is covered somewhere in the BIBFRAME
documentation but I wasn't able to find it, nor could I glean it from
what I looked at in the code in github. (Maybe I just ran out of patience.)
It appears that every BIBFRAME "record" that is generated from a MARC
record is given a work title, whether or not the MARC record contains a
uniform title (130 or 240).
1) is this the case?
2) if so, is the work title derived from the title proper (245) in the
3) if so, what subfields of the 245 are included in the work title?
4) If more than one 245 subfield is included in the work title
a) are they combined into a single string?
b) are they combined into a single string in a specific order?
c) is there any manipulation (dropping or adding) of punctuation?
