I don't know this for sure, but I bet most of the MCI expertise in the country nowadays is centered
around Nashville and Florida. You might try Randy Blevins to start out:

I don't know if Randy will send a tech as far as Cincinnati. He would know if there's a local tech.
By all reports I've heard, Randy is a one of the good guys.
Good luck on getting your machine repaired. I know there are some ex-MCI technical guys out there
and still active, so it is possible to get these machines fixed by experts.
