Hi Jennifer:
I think the vendor that Shai is referring to for storage supplies is
"Bags Unlimited" website: www.bagsunlimited.com They're good people,
based in my home town and offer all types of disc storage.
I think you mean by, "vendors for digital reproduction", that you're
looking to source out the digitization process, and that you're not
looking for vendors to sell you equipment as someone suggested below, is
this correct? If so, there are at least a dozen vendors who are a member
of ARSC, who could do an excellent job digitizing your collection. PDF
list of vendors/suppliers is here:

Matt suggested that the mold could be acid deposits. On a 16"
transcription disk, this is a strong possibility. You may want to talk
to several people on the ARSC PDF list to see if they can walk you
through the basics so that you can ID what type of disk recordings you
have and what type of problems you might be having with them.
Kind Regards,
John Schroth
