Hi Stewart:
This is really nice! Thanks and I'm so glad you're enjoying the music. I passed along your posting
to the UMG/Decca Classics and Dupre Society folks.

Subject: [ARSCLIST] Marcel Dupre Box Set
I received my copy of the new Dupre box set at my office yesterday, and put the first disk into my
CD player at home for a spin. It’s 9:30 PM and all I can say is WOW! I live in a one bedroom condo
and, naturally, my system has to be modest due to space constraints. But the sound coming out of
those speakers was so pure and deep that I was afraid the neighbors would complain! And imagine, the
source of this sound is close to 60 years old, and it sounds better than practically anything
recorded today.
The booklet is amazingly wonderful. Incredible amounts of background info both on the recordings,
the recording team, and Dupre.
Messrs Fine and crew, I salute you!
