Several items (including the MLP titles) show this wording in the "About the Album" description:
THIS ALBUM DOWNLOAD FEATURES HIGH RESOLUTION COVER ART ONLY. LINER NOTES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
Why has Universal adopted this policy? When a booklet has been produced for a physical release, it shouldn't be difficult to create a PDF to accompany the digital versions. When the choice is CD with notes, or hi-rez without, I'm reluctant to buy either one. Any insight into what the labels are thinking (if they are)?

Subject: [ARSCLIST] Hi-Rez symphony recordings, including some MLP, on sale at HDTracks
A 30% discount brings prices down into CD territory, for hi-rez audio.
