Many thanks for getting in touch, it's great to hear from you. I wonder, would it be possible to set up a Skype or telephone conversation at some point? It'd be wonderful to get a chance to reconstruct the scanning process from your perspective, and hear about any details of the job that you can share. Around IRENE, it seems there's very little written about the physical task of actually dealing with the fragile carrier, and this is the part that I'm fascinated by. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to do things via email, I can send you a collection of questions a little more specific than in my last.
