All i can say is that she offered the best rate if you contact them. The  
web site says $24.98 but the BLOWIN cards are usually for $19.98 and 
SOMETIMES  they offer 2 for one Gift subscriptions.
 
The reason I emailed Ms. Smittle was to see if I could get a good rate for  
ARSClist folks. (Me, I'm already paid through Dec 2016)
