Hi Maristella,
Soak the stuck paper section with water and keep it wet for as long as
it takes to to break down the paper. I would suggest distilled water and
a sponge placed over the paper. Obviously, you will want to avoid
wetting the label area. This is presuming that the paper didn't become
stuck to the disc as the result of a non water soluble chemical
reaction. In that case, the disc may be damaged and all bets are off
while you try to figure out the original chemistry involved.
