I seems to me much more needed that any of the proposal listed are new
subfields in 010/020/022/016 for analytic and other format standard
numbers, e.g.,  the items in a kit, the individual issues in a serial
such as yearbooks or volumes in a set, standard numbers of the print
version in a record for the electronic version (not all ILS index
776).  

Now we use $z for all of those, which is not accurate.
