I'll vouch for Terry. He's done replacement pinch rollers for my fleet of Technics reel decks. It's
very important to have good rubber rollers on all of the capstan-drive tape machine (ie just about
all of them ever made). The rubber needs to be soft enough to clamp into the tape somewhat and rough
enough that the takeup tension doesn't pull tape through the capstan, or holdback tension doesn't
allow for smooth driving of the tape across the heads..
