The Outreach Committee of the Association for Recorded Sound Collections
(ARSC) posts the following message.
--- ARCHIVING TOMORROW 2016 ---
"Archives at Risk"
June 2-3, 2016, Royal Irish Academy, Dublin, Ireland
No country, even the most advanced in terms of digitization and
conservation, is immune to the destruction of important collections and
archives.
Archiving Tomorrow 2016 is a special two-day world conference highlighting
the single most important issue facing audiovisual archives today -- saving
the precious, endangered audiovisual world heritage before it is too late.
Join experts for an invaluable information-packed event. Network, debate,
discuss the issues, and learn about opportunities, strategies, and
case-study solutions.
Early-bird registration ends May 13. The draft conference agenda is now
available. Visit:
