That was a record custom-pressed by RCA Victor for Ponselle, as a fund raiser for the Baltimore Symphony. I checked eBay completed listings, and did not find it, which means it doesn't turn up very often. It's certainly a collector's item, but I'd hesitate to guess the exact value.
