Thanks for your response. What does the following at the end of that list
mean? I thought that this may mean that any 5xx note field is converted.

5XX (all except $6,$8) <note> with type=appropriate name assigned

It looks like I've misinterpreted this though. Are there any plans on
expanding this list in response to feedback?
