Here's a gizmo that I have used and it works:

Because I deal with all sizes of discs, I use the the Vacuum Wand in
conjunction with the RCM that is shown. The parts for the unit are 3D
printed. You can buy the kit or assemble one your self if you are a
DIY'er. The end result is certainly not a Keith Monks RCM, but it does
work and work well. Using the products from the Disc Doctor
(http://discdoc.com/) and my DIY version of this RCM, I get results that
rival any RCM out there.

The vacuum record cleaning systems like the VPI and the Monks require a means of distributing the cleaning fluid onto the record and then rotating the record while it's being cleaned with a brush. I would not recommend doing this on a regular playback turntable since I think it would be very difficult to prevent the cleaning fluid from getting into the turntable motor and electronics. Then you'd have a mess, and possibly even a shock hazard. Liquid should be kept well away from anything that plugs into an AC outlet, unless it’s a cleaning machine specifically designed for such things.
