CLASSIFICATION: UNCLASSIFIED

We have unsuccessfully tried to obtain via OCLC, they all have gone through 10-15 libraries, all to no avail.

Can anyone assist us in obtaining the following articles/reports?

I know ERIC "closed" the clearinghouses years ago, but some places retained their collections.
