I tried what you said, but there's no "CD Time" selection available.
It looks like this inside a box:

That's all there is.
I guess SF 9 is different than SF 11.

Eureka! I was having the same cursor movement problem, but when I changed the time display to Time, the cursor started moving one sample at a time, if deisred.
