Hi, Dave,
Thanks for the question and concern. We anticipate more up front work for the person when appointed, but s/he will be working closely with the outgoing Web Editor during that period of time. Additionally, we strongly suggest the successful candidate set up a web editing team so that some of the work can be off-loaded and managed at a higher level, therefore, freeing up the Web Manager once everyone is on board. Currently, there are folks with web editing privileges that help out, but not in any formal capacity. The number of hours per week is actually variable and reflective of the current setup, but we hope would be more manageable with a web team in place.
While there is a stipend, we haven't gotten a firm number. I have inquired about this and will share once received.
Thanks,
Sandy

Call for Applications - ARSC Web Manager
10 years ago I would have applied for this, but my comment now is, that unless this is a paid position, the requirements, even specifications, are very tight. It would take a very tolerant volunteer to go for this and if paid some idea of the yearly retainer/stipend would help ?
I may be barking up the wrong tree, or just barking ?
Regards
Dave
