As BF2 data will involve triples that use MADSRDF, esp. 
madsrdf:Authority individuals, I have a question about MADSRDF.

`madsrdf:Authority owl:disjointWith madsrdf:RWO`

This seems to be missing from the MADSRDF v1 RDF file.  Please confirm 
and advise whether it should be added.
